These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kela HR Chrome Extension ("Extension"), operated by Kela HR ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the Extension

The Extension enables users to organize and manage contact information associated with LinkedIn profiles. You agree to use the Extension only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

User-Provided Data

Users may enter contact information such as email addresses and phone numbers associated with LinkedIn profiles.

By submitting such data, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to share this information and that doing so does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

Shared Data

Data submitted through the Extension is stored on our servers and may be accessible to and editable by other users of the Extension when viewing the same LinkedIn profile.

You acknowledge and agree that any data you submit is not private and may be viewed, modified, or used by other users of the Extension.

User Responsibilities

You agree that you will not:

• Enter sensitive personal information (such as financial data, passwords, or confidential information)
• Upload or share personal data of others without appropriate rights or consent
• Use the Extension to harass, harm, or violate the privacy of others
• Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information
• Misuse, abuse, or attempt to exploit the shared data system

Data Accuracy

We do not verify the accuracy of user-submitted data and disclaim responsibility for any incorrect, outdated, or misleading information.

Data Removal

We reserve the right to remove, modify, or restrict access to any data stored on our servers at our sole discretion. Users may contact us to request removal of specific data.

Intellectual Property

The Extension and its underlying technology (excluding user-provided data) are the property of Kela HR and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Extension at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kela HR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Extension, including any issues related to user-submitted or shared data.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kela HR from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Extension, your submitted data, or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
